こちらのワイン名「アルテニ・ブラッシカ」のアルテニはその昔、ランゲ地域の果樹園の周りに配されていた小石でできた壁を指し、ブラッシカは春に畑に咲く黄色い小花の名前に由来しています。アルテニ・ディ・ブラッシカは、バルバレスコとセッラルンガに位置する、西から北西、東向きの計約3.5haの畑のブドウで造られます。16～18度に温度管理されたステンレスタンクで約4週間かけて発酵し、バリック樽で6ヵ月間熟成。この間にマロラクティック発酵を行います。

ガヤが造るワインの中で最も生産量の少ない、稀少な白ワイン。とろけるような完熟果実の風味に、スパイスやハーブ、オークのニュアンスを纏った、洗練されたスタイルが魅力です。

Here is a crisp and zesty wine that is easy to drink - and easy to read, thanks to its inherent simplicity and transparency. The 2016 Langhe Alteni di Brassica is a pure expression of Sauvignon Blanc that did not do malolactic fermentation. One third of the mass ages in stainless steel and the rest sees contact with natural barrel for a crisp and lighthearted expression of this fragrant grape. The cool growing conditions of the vintage contribute to the tangy freshness of this pretty wine.
