Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir opens with delicate pomegranate and cherry cordial notes with hints of dusty earth, dried herbs and garrigue. Light-bodied and elegantly played in the mouth, the chewy tannins and seamless freshness are well juxtaposed by just enough red berry and earthy flavors, finishing with herbal notes.
