There are some rubbery notes on the 2017 Chardonnay Sonoma Coast that dissipate to reveal baker's yeast, sliced apples and notes of butter, cream and toast. The palate is medium-bodied and creamy with buttery flavors and good freshness, finishing long and yeasty. 5,000 cases were made.
