The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Limitless is the star. Coming in at 15.4% alcohol, the wine has that extra gear and dimension to it that makes 2013 such a profoundly great vintage for Bordeaux varieties in Northern California. The wine has gorgeous forest floor, white flower, blackberry, blueberry and cassis notes, licorice, a savory, broad, full-bodied mouthfeel with terrific intensity, and somewhat surprisingly soft but noticeable tannins. This is a big, sexy, juicy, full-throttle Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 20+ years.
