Tasted from magnum, the latest release of Palmer's NV Brut R?serve is also performing well, offering up notes of citrus oil, honeycomb, nectarine and brioche. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textured and vibrant, with ripe but racy acids, fine depth at the core and a delicately chalky finish. This is a very good effort from this quality-conscious cooperative.
