The 2015 Extra-Brut Partition is showing very well indeed, unwinding in the glass with notes of crisp yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, almonds and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with racy acids and a seamless, complete profile, it concludes with a long, saline finish. Disgorged in January 2021 with one gram per liter dosage, it's a blend of S?l?que's favorite barrel from each of his parcels every year, to reflect the vintage conditions across the ensemble of his holdings.
