(the grand crus were bottled about ve weeks before my visit): Pale, bright greenyellow. Precise, high-pitched aromas of lime, white owers and crushed stone. Then juicy and supple on the palate, with enticing sweetness to its pure, sharply delineated avors of lime and orange. Impeccably balanced Bienvenue with nothing fat or warm about it. Really sparkles on the powerful, mounting nish.
