The 2016 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos du Cailleret has a little more richness on the nose than the Folati?res with scents of wild honey and a hint of melted butter, the latter ebbing with aeration to reveal more floral scents. The palate is very well balanced with a fine line of acidity and it demonstrates a little more salinit? than the Folati?res at the moment. Excellent.
