The 2015 Bourgogne Blanc, which Alec Seysses took from one of their Nomblot concrete eggs, has a crisp, slightly granitic bouquet that is nicely focused, austere yet precise. The palate is nicely balanced with a touch of peach infusing the citrus fruit, leading to a nicely poised finish. This is a fine generic white Burgundy and is very commendable given the warmth of the growing season.
