Cropped at a mere 25 hectoliters per hectare, Lachaux's 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté Les Champs d’Argent is his finest rendition of this cuvée to date. Mingling notes of crisp orchard fruit and citrus zest with hints of almond, hazelnuts and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, concentrated and multidimensional, with racy acids and an abundance of chalky dry extract, concluding with a long, penetrating finish.
