Good full red. Sappy aromas of black cherry, cassis, licorice, minerals and sexy oak. Tightly wound and concentrated but not quite as vibrant in the mouth as on the nose; lovely acidity here but also strong chocolatey torrefaction through to the finish. In an awkward stage today and in need of time in bottle to absorb some of its oakiness
