The 2012 Bouzeron has a tightly wound bouquet that demands patience, but with modest encouragement reveals attractive undergrowth and damp-moss scents accompanied by hints of dried apricot. The palate has a clean entry, fine precision and acidity. Though it does not possess great persistency in the mouth, it is certainly elegant for a Bouzeron, although the 2011 is showing more chutzpah. Drink now-2018.
